The INDIAN JOURNAL OF RESEARCH IN SOCIAL SCIENCE is dedicated to advancing knowledge and fostering scholarly dialogue in the fields of understanding of society, culture, governance, and development. 1. Sociology
The journal publishes research on social structures, institutions, inequalities, culture, communities, social change, digital society, labour, health, education, environment, social policy, and emerging sociological debates using qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods.
2. Political Science
Submissions may include studies on political theory, governance, public policy, electoral politics, political behaviour, comparative politics, international relations, federalism, political economy, and democratic processes.
3. History
The journal invites work on ancient, medieval, and modern history; regional histories; social and cultural histories; historiography; archival research; oral histories; and interdisciplinary historical analyses connecting past and present.
